Technical Introduction to Cremation Furnace
1. Product Profile
This cremation furnace is a dedicated high-temperature incineration equipment used in funeral service establishments for harmless volume reduction of human corpses and funeral articles. The unit adopts mature dual-chamber secondary combustion technology, equipped with complete flue gas cleaning facilities, fully satisfying strict environmental emission standards across different regions. 2. Structural Composition and Material Performance
Furnace Body Insulation Layer
The inner wall of the furnace is built with high-performance high-alumina refractory bricks, and multi-layer thermal insulation fiber blankets are laid outside the refractory layer. The composite lining structure boasts strong resistance to high-temperature thermal shock, minimal surface heat loss, and stable service performance under long-cycle continuous operation.
Automatic Feeding Mechanism
The equipment is matched with a fully sealed charging trolley with water-cooled edge sealing structure. The furnace maintains continuous negative pressure inside during operation, which effectively blocks external cold air from entering and prevents odor and smoke from overflowing outwards during corpse feeding and ash discharging.
Combustion System Assembly
Low-nitrogen automatic combustion burners are installed in both primary and secondary combustion chambers. The burners integrate electronic automatic ignition, real-time flame sensing monitoring, and emergency fuel cut-off protection when flame loss occurs. The regenerative heat exchanger recovers residual heat from high-temperature flue gas to preheat combustion-supporting air, which greatly lowers fuel consumption and operating costs.
3. Key Combustion Technical Indicators
Primary combustion chamber working temperature: 860℃ ~ 960℃Organic substances such as human tissues and wooden coffins are fully carbonized and preliminarily decomposed in this chamber.
Secondary combustion chamber working temperature: above 1100℃The flue gas stays in the high-temperature secondary chamber for more than 2 seconds, achieving thorough pyrolysis and decomposition of dioxins, VOCs and other persistent toxic organic pollutants.
4. Complete Flue Gas Purification System
A full-process multi-stage flue gas purification unit is configured at the exhaust end of the furnace. The treatment flow includes high-temperature cracking, cyclone dust removal, activated carbon adsorption filtration and alkali spray deacidification. The system can efficiently capture particulate dust, eliminate sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chloride and toxic organic pollutants, ensuring exhaust indicators comply with international and local waste incineration emission limits.
5. Intelligent Automatic Control System
The whole machine adopts PLC centralized automatic control, equipped with industrial touch screen man-machine operation interface. It supports one-key automatic execution of the whole cremation process, automatic closed-loop adjustment of furnace temperature and fuel supply flow, real-time flue gas parameter monitoring, equipment fault self-inspection and sound-light alarm functions. All operation logs, real-time temperature curves and flue gas detection data are automatically stored in the system and support data export for environmental protection inspection and filing.
6. Environmental Protection and Safety Design Highlights
Continuous negative pressure closed operation inside the furnace to avoid peculiar smell leakage and cross-contamination.
Interlocking protection devices are installed on furnace door, feeding trolley and combustion burners to prevent safety accidents caused by misoperation.
Noise reduction muffling structures are applied to burners and exhaust fans, with the overall operating noise controlled below 80dB(A).
Closed ash collection and discharge design, which avoids secondary dust pollution during ash cleaning and collection.
