Product Technical Description of Cremation Furnace Human Crematory Equipment Cremation Machine
Product Technical Description of Cremation Furnace
Overview
This cremation furnace is specialized incineration equipment tailored to funeral and interment institutions, used for high-temperature harmless treatment of human bodies, wooden coffins and all kinds of organic funeral supplies. The equipment adopts mature dual-chamber secondary combustion design, matched with complete flue gas purification facilities to meet strict global environmental emission standards. Customers can choose gas-fired or diesel-fired types as per local fuel resources, among which regenerative gas cremation furnaces feature prominent energy-saving effects and cost advantages in long-term operation.
Main Structure & Material Performance
Furnace LiningThe inner wall is built with high-strength high-alumina refractory bricks, and multi-layer thermal insulation fiber blankets are laid on the outer side of refractory layer to form composite heat insulation structure. It boasts strong thermal shock resistance, low surface heat loss and stable operation performance under long-term continuous high-temperature environment, greatly extending service life.
Automatic Feeding DeviceEquipped with water-cooled fully sealed feeding trolley. The furnace keeps stable negative pressure during operation, which can effectively isolate cold air outside and prevent smoke, peculiar smell overflowing during feeding and ash discharging.
Combustion AssemblyLow-nitrogen automatic burners are installed in both primary and secondary combustion chambers. The burners integrate electronic automatic ignition, real-time flame sensing monitoring and flameout emergency fuel cut-off interlock protection. The regenerative heat exchanger recovers waste heat from high-temperature flue gas to preheat combustion air, effectively reducing fuel consumption and daily operating expenses.
Core Combustion Technical Indicators
Primary combustion chamber working temperature: 860℃ ~ 960℃Organic substances such as human tissues and wooden coffins realize full carbonization and preliminary oxidative decomposition in this chamber.
Secondary combustion chamber working temperature: ≥1100℃Flue gas stays in the high-temperature secondary chamber for more than 2 seconds, achieving thorough high-temperature pyrolysis of dioxins, VOCs and other persistent toxic organic pollutants.
Complete Flue Gas Purification System
A full-process multi-stage flue gas purification unit is arranged at the exhaust end of the furnace. The treatment flow is high-temperature cracking → cyclone dust removal → activated carbon adsorption filtration → alkali spray deacidification. The system can efficiently intercept particulate dust, remove sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chloride and toxic organic pollutants, ensuring all exhaust indexes meet international and local waste incineration emission limit standards.
Intelligent PLC Automatic Control System
The whole machine adopts industrial PLC centralized automatic control, equipped with touch screen human-machine operation interface. It supports one-key automatic operation of the whole cremation process, closed-loop automatic adjustment of furnace temperature and fuel supply flow, real-time monitoring of flue gas parameters, equipment fault self-inspection and sound-light alarm functions. All operation logs, real-time temperature curves and flue gas detection data are automatically stored in the system and support data export for environmental protection filing and inspection.
Environmental Protection & Safety Design Features
The furnace operates under continuous negative pressure with full sealing, avoiding peculiar smell leakage and cross-contamination.
Interlock protection devices are configured for furnace door, feeding trolley and combustion burners to prevent safety accidents caused by misoperation.
Burners and exhaust fans adopt noise reduction and silencing structure, and the overall operation noise is controlled below 80dB(A).
Closed ash collecting and discharging design prevents secondary dust pollution during ash cleaning and collection.
Application Scope
It is specially developed and manufactured for formal funeral parlors and professional cremation service institutions, applicable to incineration treatment of human remains, wooden coffins, cotton, linen and other organic funeral supplies.
