1. Product Overview
Our industrial cremator is custom-engineered cremation equipment designed exclusively for funeral homes and crematoriums. It achieves high-temperature harmless incineration of human remains, timber coffins and biodegradable burial accessories. The dual-chamber secondary combustion structure ensures full oxidation of organic waste and thorough degradation of toxic flue gas pollutants. Clients may select natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or light diesel as fuel sources. Regenerative gas cremators deliver superior energy efficiency and reduce long-term operational expenditures.
2. Main Construction & Material Specifications
Furnace Refractory Lining
The inner furnace wall is laid with high-density high-alumina refractory bricks, overlaid with multi-layer thermal insulation ceramic fiber blankets to form a compound heat insulation layer. This lining boasts outstanding thermal shock resistance, low surface heat loss and stable performance under long-duration continuous high-temperature working conditions, significantly prolonging the equipment service cycle.
Automatic Loading Cart Assembly
A water-cooled hermetic feeding trolley is matched with the furnace body. The interior of the furnace maintains stable negative pressure throughout operation, which effectively isolates external cold air infiltration and prevents smoke and odor overflow during body loading and ash collection procedures.
Combustion Equipment Assembly
Low-nitrogen automatic burners are installed inside both primary and secondary combustion chambers. Each burner is equipped with electronic automatic ignition, real-time flame detection and interlock protection that automatically cuts off fuel supply once flameout occurs. The regenerative heat exchanger recovers waste heat carried by high-temperature flue gas to preheat combustion-supporting air, drastically lowering fuel consumption.
3. Core Combustion Performance Metrics
Operating temperature of primary combustion chamber: 850℃ – 980℃Human tissue, wooden coffins and other organic materials are fully carbonized and preliminarily oxidized and decomposed in this chamber.
Operating temperature of secondary combustion chamber: ≥ 1100℃Flue gas is retained in the high-temperature secondary chamber for no less than 2 seconds to completely pyrolyze dioxins, VOCs and other persistent toxic organic contaminants.
4. Integrated Multi-Stage Flue Gas Purification System
A complete flue gas treatment unit is mounted at the furnace exhaust port. The purification workflow proceeds in the following order: high-temperature pyrolysis → cyclone dust removal → activated carbon adsorption filtration → alkali spray deacidification. This system efficiently traps particulate dust and eliminates sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chloride and toxic organic substances, ensuring all exhaust emission indicators meet global and local waste incineration regulatory limits.
5. Intelligent PLC Automatic Control System
The entire cremator adopts industrial PLC centralized automatic control, paired with a touchscreen human-machine operation interface. It supports one-click automatic execution of the full cremation workflow, closed-loop automatic regulation of furnace temperature and fuel supply flow, real-time monitoring of flue gas parameters, equipment fault self-inspection and audible-visual fault alarm functions. All operation logs, real-time temperature curves and flue gas detection data are automatically stored within the system and support data export for environmental supervision filing and inspection.

Full-sealed continuous negative pressure furnace operation to prevent odor leakage and cross-contamination.
Safety interlock protection devices installed on furnace door, feeding trolley and combustion burners to eliminate safety hazards caused by misoperation.
Silencing structures equipped for burners and exhaust fans; overall equipment running noise is controlled below 80dB(A).
Fully enclosed ash collection and discharge design to avoid secondary dust pollution during ash cleaning and collection work.
